August 29, 2007 (SUGAR LAND, TX) — Weaver, Davis & Jacob (WDJ) Realty Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in mixed-use property development, purchased a 16-acre tract of land on State Highway 6 and Trammel-Fresno to developed Oyster Creek Crossing, a mixed-used development project that will serve several are communities including Sienna Plantation.

Sienna Village will feature 90,000 square feet of retail plus a 113,770-square-foot H-E-B grocery store. It is the first grocery-anchored retail development in Sienna Plantation.
