With close to 350,000 square feet of managed neighborhood retail shopping centers as well as several office buildings, Rubicon Managment, L.L.C. oversees the management and leasing of properties not only owned by Rubicon Realty Group, L.L.C. but also properties owned by individual real estate investors.
Since the creation of Rubicon Management L.L.C. in 2002, the Property Management team has strived to help increase the bottom line of each asset under management. With programs ranging from consolidation of property insurance coverage for portfolio properties to decreasing electricity costs by shopping for the best rates, we understand firsthand how commercial properties should be managed. Services contract administration, the competitive bid process and regular lease reviews all contribute to the ongoing success of the asset. If fact we manage our own properties as well.
Rubicon continues to actively pursue additional property management assignments offering a full complement of support staff to oversee every aspect of the management and leasing of each property. Accounting reports are produced monthly with the use of the Timberline accounting software package. Timberline coupled with Crystal Reports for Timberline, Rubicon has the flexibility to design accounting reports in a user-friendly format for each individual client.
Our hands on approach to property management has been one of our best selling points. We are not apprehensive. We will climb roofs to meet roofers or walk the property with the landscaper conducting an irrigation system inspection. After all isn't that the essence of over site responsibility?
